Let me know what you think

A Loxo Barbarian would be able to man-handle....I mean elephant-handle....just about anything

For the Loxo I know how you can limit its power with the 2 encounter powers. You could have it be that you use one or the other and when one is used, you can't use the other one (like channel divinity)....and I would create a feat for them that allows them to use both in the same encouter

My brother used a Loxo in one 3.5E adventure we ran, he was a beast.

I was thinking about that too. 4e Drow also have 2 powers and can only use one.

Thanks. I knew there was a race who had that but I wasn't sure if it was the Drow (don't have my books handy). But yeah, its exaclty what I was thinking of (I believe they also have a feat that allows the use of both in one encounter).

Looking at it, the Loxo might be just slightly over-powered with it's two racial encounter powers. Same with the Kreen, that encounter power is pretty nasty.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll take another look at them.
