I have bought the book Champions of Ruin, and enjoyed it immensely. I have heard of its holy counterpart, Champions of Valor, and though I have a general idea of what it is about, perhaps you folks could enlighten me on the book to help me make an informed decision.
Thank you!

I agree with Uzzy completely. I thought both CoR and CoV were excellent tomes. In addition, I liked the inclusion of the goliaths and avariels from the "Races of..." series.

Avariels have been in the Realms since at least 2E -- long before the "Races of" books.

Oops, I meant raptorans. Thanks Wooly.

And I loved Champions of Valour. Found it immensely helpful, and really enjoyed the depiction of the many good groups. The Substitution levels are very interesting, PrC's, feats and spells likewise, and I even like the artwork.

They are the only 3.x FR books I don't own a copy.
