I'm thinking plots involving raiding dungeons constrolled by clerics of Cyric, but am not sure what kind of monsters that are appropriate. All kinds of undead and outsiders are work just fine, but I'm looking for trademark monsters, like Beholders and Bane, or werecreatures and Malar.

Any ideas?

Any ideas what kind of outsiders the cyricists favor. Plain old demons? Demondads? Yogloths? Varrangoins?
Also, what kind of undeads are appropriate? Death Knights?

I'm looking for CR 15+ critters, so feel free to give me your worst

Banelar would be an ideal choice, and direguards. You might wish to take a look at one of the Twin Towers of Eternal Eclipse in Lords of Darkness.

Black Unicorns and Burnbones (Which Im pretty sure havenet been converted to 3ed) are creatures specfic to Cyrics faithful

I would say some sort of powerfull spirit... He is/was (dont know where in the timeline you play) lord of the dead and have access to an endless suply of spirits from his worshippers who would be honored, serving their prince of lies.
