Description and History Timra is the Third Daughter of House Jhurel, the Third House of
the city of Sshamathann -- or rather, she was. When First House
Obblyn and Second House Mortreth objected to Jhurel's ambitions,
Jhurel was quickly overwhelmed and destroyed. Timra, who had been
sent out of the city on an errand the week before, survived. Upon
her return she found her family dead and a price upon her head.
Her wife, First Daughter Jaelyn Obblyn, alerted her to the danger
and bade her to flee the city. Timra did so after placing her dagger
through Jaelyn's heart... a swift death much preferable to the kindly
torture which would have awaited her in House Obblyn.
In her retreat from the Underdark, Timra found some solace in the
territory of her aunt, a sorceress called Soulstar. It was here
that Timra learned her first magical tricks to compliment her blades.
Her welcome was cut short when Soulstar discovered Timra attempting
to steal one of her spellbooks. Once on the surface, Timra served as a hired assassin, a bodyguard,
a thug -- anything which paid and allowed her to take out her inner
rage and anguish on a living being. From time to time she joined
bands of adventurers, seeking out riches, arcane secrets, and power.
It was on one such adventure that she obtained the sword Ol'thelghiss
(with the help of an unsuspecting paladin and a demon-possessed
mage). Eventually though, as always, Timra ended up on her own. Her adventures
are still unfolding. [2nd Ed. rule-base, DM custom modifications. More on Timra can
