Character Description:

Mezreal is handsome and boyish looking while still having stern and inquisitive eyes. Dressed all in blue: His travelers Cloak is royal blue and except for his black boots all his other items are a shade of blue tending toward dark shades. His dragon skin spellbook is blue. His face is dark and shows that he enjoys the sun. His hand are, though young, rough looking and perpetually have paper cuts. Born in Cormyr Mezreal studies magic and has respect for those that follow such goals. To him Magic is life. There has been no time for friends since he discovered the aptitude he possessed for Magic. Even his family has come often second of third to his goal of studying the arcane. He never makes friends easily and is by nature nearly unable to do so. Mezreal is not hateful or rude he just simply does not know what to say if it does not involve magic in some way. Among his chief goals are: To become a War Wizard of Cormyr and to prove to his family that he can achieve what he sets out to do. Blue's family often makes fun of their all too quiet only son. Raised by farmers and given a very common upbringing Mezreal worked daily to break out of the constant work and toil that was farming and harvesting. A chance meeting with Maelsbane, a Sorcerer, taught him that he just might have the talent.

Maelsbane offered to take Mezreal to a man whom might would teach Mezreal magic for a price or for work done. Mezreal ended up drawing tattoos as art and cleaning the old Wizards house. Mezreal was certain the Wizard could do the house work with Magic with ease but the house work and the errands along with working in the shop drawing tattoos and doing other odd jobs got Mezreal Blue what he wanted. Knowledge of Magic.

Mezreal hopes to test his skills one day as an adventurer and if Maelsbane is correct about the treasure map he just may get his wish.
