The Avatar Trilogy - Book 3
|Cover Artist:||Clyde Caldwell|
|Format:||Paperback book (341 pages).|
|The text below is taken from a
description by TSR on the reverse of the actual product:
'Who will be the new
gods? The God of Strife is dead, destroyed in his attacks on Tantras, and Midnight
and her allies have recovered the first Tablet of Fate - one of a pair of artifacts that
will return the gods to their former glory and save the Realms from the fallen deities'

| Again this
novel is better for its significance than how it was written.
It did however serve as a great introduction to the city of Waterdeep - covering great areas of it and also introducing many of its inhabitants, Durnan , Khelben etc.
I didnt like the way that at the end they had to have Ao go and report to some higher power though.
Cover - Not a bad cover, with a nice view of Waterdeep, including the Yawning Portal, in the background.
