I thought I saw this linked here recently, but I quickly looked over the active topics from the past week and didn't see it.
This article for the Adventurer's League gives you a little bit on the current state of Hillsfar. Enjoy, discuss, have fun. My PC's are nearing this area sometime around thanksgiving at our current rate, so I'm going to go plot something for them to be thankful for.

| Thanks for the link. I don't understand why a demihuman would bother to even try visiting Hillsfar. The Arena must be empty? |

I've honestly no idea, either. There are several AL adventures planned for Hillsfar that are being run at Gencon, including one titled Harried in Hillsfar. I'm hoping the adventure(s) provide a compelling reason or way for any demihuman to enter the city.
Otherwise, my thinnest guess would be infiltration, spying, that sort of thing would permit entry. Some of the more reckless or daring might try just for a rush. None of that seems very compelling for me, though. |
