He's back! Ok, not really, life just got really busy and now I've got time to get back into the Realms, back into a nice enjoyable routine and come and spend time with the people of the Keep!

What's been going on with the Realms? How have things been going with in it?

I've got a few books over the past few months, namely Widow, Plain and Undead. All of which are interesting I do say so, but i'm not liking what is being done with the Drow, total nonsense. Unsure about the other two though..

Anyways, what sourt of supplements we got? Anything good and new I could use from Dragons/Dungeons for my Redeemers of Dawn (That are now three years of age, thank you very much) or anything else for that matter?

Fill me in!

Thank you thank you.

I have been absent far to long indeed, but I plan on being back and here and knowing the Realms like I once did.

Which I know nothing of at this time, so who wants to fill me in some?

Welcome back, Neriandal.

Well, I don't buy the last novels (but I will, Alaundo, point that dreadful staff to other side ), so, I'm not a good person to talk about the novels...

About the books, we're flooded right now with adventure modules. Not that it's bad. We ask for the modules for a good time. The problem is that there was only modules... Expedition to Undermountain.... well... is a lost of time, IMO. I'll never consider that plot as "cannon" in my campaigns. The great adventures of Cormyr, Shadowdale (and future Anauroch) appears to be more interesting. I buy Cormyr last week, and it is scheduled to stay in my hands this weekend.

Well, I expect that the other scribes help you with the news of the Realms better than me.

Dwarf, DM, husband, and proud of this! :P

Well, I'm now officially the Master of Mischief...

For other filling in purposes, it might help if we knew what was the last thing that happened before you left...

Let's say...start off from April. That's when everything went down in my life for me and what not, so I had to step away around that time.

Welcome back!

Not caring too much for the changes going on in the drow series, myself (SO FAR), but I did certainly enjoy the rest of the SotW.

Gotcha, got that one :D

So who in the Nine Hells and a few hundred Layers of the Abyss want to explain to what is going on in the Realms?

People who shouldn't die after blowing them selves up are dead, certain peoples towers are destroyed, certain misty folk are also permentaly dead due to towers and a host of other things.

What in the name of WotC doing to the Realms we are all loving of? Deities seem to be dying now more then in ToT, powerful people who shouldn't die of their own accord are well, dying. I mean seriously?

Who wants to give me the four one zero on this?

Your guess is as good as mine.

"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams."

If you can wait a little longer Neri... Grand History of the Realms should bring you up-to-date on recent events in the Realms, when it's released next month. It includes a break down of every major event from the Year of Wild Magic (1372 DR) through the Year of Risen Elfkin (1375 DR).

Ok, but in 3 years of time we've seen the Rise of a fallen city, the deaths of three powerful god chosen, the death of a few gods, fall of cities, cities in war and civil war..

All of this in three years? Shouldn't be happening..:(
