I have been working on a floor plan for a keep for the last week, but my end result is always the same: horrible. Does anyone happen to know of a site that happens to have floor plans that would meet my needs? Thanks again for any assistance.

Well there are keeps and there are keeps. In part it depends on what you mean by keep. I have drawn (if you can call it that with Paint) one that I might have posted one my website (A rather boring visit that is rarely updated). Design of any complex will have issues in my experience. Chimneys need to match up, guard rooms, murder rooms and so on have to match up. The more real you want it the more horrible you can get. |

Ker repeated this without understanding. "After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first." Whilst not a site, have ye tried the D&D Map Folio products? Furthermore, I believe the product Todd Gamble's Cartographia (Green Ronin) holds some nice designs for keeps.
Well met indeed! I'll try and find these posthaste, though any other ideas are greatly welcome also. |
