Notice regarding Scream of Stone, from Phil Athans:

On page 195 of Scream of Stone you may notice that the chapters skip from 48 to 50, and on page 282 chapter 75 is mistakenly numbered 73. Both are mistakes made when the chapters were moved around and renumbered in editing. Nothing is actually missing or in the wrong place!
