This is wierd!!!!
Last night (I admit after 2 bottles of red wine) I went to bed and had the most wierd dream!
In my dream:
I woke up at some un-godly hour, needing the bathroom. As I entered the bathroom I noticed a small, neon blue, tennis ball shaped and sized object floating about 5 foot off the floor. I (in my dream) instantly new this to be the begining of a portal!!! sur enough the object grew and distorted into an oval measuring 5' X 3'. I thought wow what have we got here (THIS WAS A DREAM) I rushed down stairs to my Katana stand ( I collect swords and knives ) and selected my bamboo katana and tanto. I then rushed back upstairs to the bathroom and entered (with upmost caution) the portal........
I emerged in a strange place, yet familiar. THE REALMS!!!!
I was standing in a wooded glade over looking a stream, in a beautiful forest. I myself had changed, I now felt totally diferent in person, my clothes and weapons had changed! I was now a dwarf, wearing a leather studded kilt and breast plate!
MY GOD
I HAD BECOME DELZOUNBLOOD!!!!!!!
I then woke up and needed the loo, after that I went back to sleep and awoke to the sound of my son crying at 5:30 AM
Now this is a really wierd and new experience for me, I never dream about D&D..

DO YOU
Delz

If you think about something often enough, you're likely to dream about it eventually. |
"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams." --Richard Greene (letter to Time) |

I also have dreams after 2 bottles of wine . generally they involve my head in a toilet, fluffy clouds and seagulls. I will try the realms next time though, sounds like more fun |

| I've had a very vivid dream of being in a battle after watching Braveheart. It was all too real. I can't say that I've ever dreamed of DnD or the Realms. But then again I prefer not to dream that often. Nightmares...yikes. |

| This is pretty funny, it made me laugh out loud which earned me strange looks from my co-workers. |
And if the PCs DO win their ways through all the liches to Larloch, “he” will almost certainly be just another lich (loaded with explosive spells) set up as a decoy, with dozens of hidden liches waiting to pounce on any surviving PCs who ‘celebrate’ after they take Larloch down. As the REAL Larloch watches (magical scrying) from afar. Myself, as DM, I’d be wondering: “Such a glorious game, so many opportunities laid out before your PCs to devote your time to, and THIS fixation is the best you can come up with? Are you SURE you’re adventurers?” -Ed Greenwood

Lol Delzounblood,
A few years ago I had also such a weird dream. In my dream I was a knight and our land was invaded by an orcish horde. At the battlefield our company got the signal to charge the enemies to break them. With the rest of the knights I charged (lol, I guarantee you that I really was scared when I did that in my dream) The impact was hard and I killed a few orcs with my lance. I took my bastard sword and slashed the other orcs around me. But fate was against me, because then I saw that huge orc before me. I charged the foul beast but he killed my horse with his great axe. I stood up, took my sword and tried to kill the orc in a man to man fight. The creature was stronger than me and I remember how I saw that axe coming right to my face Then I woke up .... I suppose I died in my dream |

Sounds quite interesting, let us hear some more.
I had a D&D dream once, but it was after we played 24 hours (with6 hours of sleep) and tons of coffee. I remember going to bead thinking of this strange vampire we couldn’t kill, and I dreamt of him speaking to me; something about drinking my blood

Apologies for going somewhat off-topic but what would happen to a vampire who drank the blood of someone who had drunk tons of coffee? Would he be awake all day?
As regards my dream cleric all I'm going to say is 'boots' and we'll leave it at that...otherwise I'll get banned. |
