Have there been any visual descriptions of Red Wizard trading posts in the sourcebooks or novels? I recall Richard Byers' novel Queen of the Depths featuring a nighttime raid on post in Sembia, but don't remember if there were a lot of details. Much thanks in advance.

For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

... as well as a full write-up. Main source on Thay et al is still the Spellbound box, closely followed by the shorter 3E update Unapproachable East. Not that this will be any news, I'd guess. |
