I've been looking at the FR Home Page on WOTC's web site and havent seen 1 article since 01/03/2007? What's up with that- what happened to all the little stories and news events that that always show up?

I'll say it again, does FR really need the help?

Could ask the same of Eberron or Core D&D. In fact why have a website offering free articles at all when you can sell them in books?
What are the reason FR doesn't need help? Do you even want an answer to your question?

Does the Realms need help? Maybe not. Do I need more Realmslore? Yes. And as Ed's articles are the best realmslore I can get, the Web articles will be missed.

But then Ed has explained that some of the delay is his fault so we will just have to be patient.

Indeed.

I think it's best we leave such discussions to the scroll Dargoth indicated above, since it provides answers from Ed directly. As such, I'm sealing this particular scroll.
