Hello, I think the 'Northern Journey' campaign which was added to Candlekeep is simply fantastic.

I've downloaded all of the PDF's but my question is this; where should I start reading? I am kind of confused about this. Since I figure I won't DM for a while this is from a purely entertainment/story point of view.

But, other than that I'd just like to say thank you to the folks who brought this to us.

And if the PCs DO win their ways through all the liches to Larloch, “he” will almost certainly be just another lich (loaded with explosive spells) set up as a decoy, with dozens of hidden liches waiting to pounce on any surviving PCs who ‘celebrate’ after they take Larloch down. As the REAL Larloch watches (magical scrying) from afar. Myself, as DM, I’d be wondering: “Such a glorious game, so many opportunities laid out before your PCs to devote your time to, and THIS fixation is the best you can come up with? Are you SURE you’re adventurers?” -Ed Greenwood

Well, I would skim a bit if I were you as the amount of material here is enormous. For serious reading I would start with the Campaign Guide, that should last you quite a while.
