Unless I am mistaken, the region 2 DVD set came out well over a year ago -- long before it was announced that there would be a US version.

Besides, some computer DVD players (or at least the codec) will let you select the region.

                      | I answered one of those questions to be in the drawing, the one about "Who was the first Lord of Stygia" or something to that effect. Except the question is too vague, and I honestly wonder if the person writing the question (given the content of the D&D Alumni article on devils) knew that it's something of a trick question.
Yes Levistus is currently Lord of the 5th, and before him it was Geryon. But while Geryon was the '1st' lord of stygia in terms of being lord of stygia in 1st edition, in-game lore has Levistus being in the position prior to Geryon before being deposed for the death of Bensozia.

So what were they asking for? Who was lord of the 5th in terms of publication in D&D, or who was the first (known) lord of the 5th in terms of in-game history and lore. They weren't clear.
