Hi,
I remember reading somewhere a feat in where the pc, a follower of Tyr, promises not to use one of his hand and, in exchange, receives some specific bonus. The problem is that I do not remeber where.
Could someone point me to the correct book, please?

That would be the Feat "Hand of Tyr", discribed in the FR Sourcebook City of Splendors: Waterdeep, page 145. as KEJR already pointed out.
