Hello to all,
Please pardon my poor memory, but I have been unable to (re)locate the FR rules for 'buying off' Level Adjustments as a character advances. I had thought they were in FRCS or PGF but was unable to find them yesterday.
Might anyone have the actual location handy? Again, I apologize for my absentmindedness, but I really recall reading some rules about this option and would greatly appreciate a reference!

If you are talking about transition stages that is one thing, SKR did some with that. That was basically one spent experience points in order to have abilities. WotC site has/had some info on transition levels.
Hope this helps your search, but not sure if this is what you speak of. |

| Unearthed Arcana has what I think you are after. :) |
For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Thanks Kuje! I must have remembered it from the SRD, as I don't own UA. I have no idea why I thought it was a FR thing (excepting too many pints and/or blows to the head.)

Too many sourcebooks... I wish I could remember all... maybe I would if I read them all page for page and not only snippets
Glad to be of assistance |
