I recently bought Baldur's Gate, hoping it would be as good (character wise) as it's sequel. It was not. So, I searched the web for mods, and found the Baldur's Gate NPC project, the best BG Mod on the web. It adds so much depth to the characters, and more than that, it's very well researched, adding huge amounts of realmsloe into the game, but it's done in such a way, that it doesn't feel like info drops. Has anyone else tried this, and what are your thoughts on it?

Okay, http://www.gibberlings3.net/bg1npc/index.php . Oh, you'll need EasyTutu to play this http://usoutpost31.com/easytutu/ . Make sure you have full installs of both games, and that they are patched. It took me six go's to get it working. Interestingly enough, it worked when I installed it over an insanely modded BGII and a BGI that refused to work.
Edit: Oh, the hyperlinks worked. |
