On his website, Sean K Reynolds has a nifty $5 pdf called Curse of the Moon, which presents all sorts of options for lycanthropes, and also deals with some of the issues they present in the game. |

human Selunite ranger thats hunting Lythanchopes get biten and transform and fall to evil ... whereafter he becomes a cleric of Malar ... gets tricked into donning a cursed helm of oppesite alignment, and atone with the selunite church and starts hunting Malarites with Selune's blessing |
what happened to the queen? she's much more hysterical than usual She's a women, it happens once a month |

There's a Selűnite PrC, Silverstar, that allows someone to become a were but retain their alignment. |

As Kuje said, Pil'it'ith and his status as Chosen was covered in SK.
But I have to ask... didn't you already see this same answer in your thread over at WotC?

but at least something you might be able to consider. |

That's right, the map of Scardale town is there.
(The maps of Essembra and Archenbridge were omitted from FRS1 and turned up in Dragon #205.) |

Yes, there is one god of the tribes and he sends powers through his totems, which you listed. However, it was Tempus that raised him up into a deity, since the deity of the tribes was once a mortal. Note also: some of those tribes have been lost to other deities, like Malar, etc. |
