as in the Realms you can choose an organization as your favoured enemy, I'm sure you can choose your own race, as long as it is in term of a faith or organization..like the People of the Black Blood or the church of Malar...

On his website, Sean K Reynolds has a nifty $5 pdf called Curse of the Moon, which presents all sorts of options for lycanthropes, and also deals with some of the issues they present in the game.

There's a Selűnite PrC, Silverstar, that allows someone to become a were but retain their alignment.

As Kuje said, Pil'it'ith and his status as Chosen was covered in SK.

But I have to ask... didn't you already see this same answer in your thread over at WotC?

The section on Candlekeep in Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast elaborates on the ranking system a little. Which is also partly borrowed for the site here at Candlekeep.

And Ed's "Introduction to Candlekeep", which was specially written for this site, touches on it as well. It can be found here:- http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/ck_scroll.htm

Anyone know where i can find a map of Scardale (the city)?

Hmm appears to be fan based

http://www.geocities.com/thesilentquintet/rp2/places/scardalecity.html

but at least something you might be able to consider.

"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards."
"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."

You can pick up a PDF of The Dalelands from paizo.com for just $4 US.

As I recall... nobleknight.com still has printed copies of the tome for sale as well.

That's right, the map of Scardale town is there.

(The maps of Essembra and Archenbridge were omitted from FRS1 and turned up in Dragon #205.)

Yes, there is one god of the tribes and he sends powers through his totems, which you listed. However, it was Tempus that raised him up into a deity, since the deity of the tribes was once a mortal. Note also: some of those tribes have been lost to other deities, like Malar, etc.
