The Knights of the North Star are a widely dispersed order of Marthammoran priests who individually join adventuring companies based in the North composed primarily of humans and demihumans of other races. Members of the order seek to learn more of their companion’s cultures.

Sharindlar
While Sharindlar has no martial orders dedicated to her name, about one in five of her priests serve small dwarven communities as midwives, indipendent of the faith’s more organized temple hierarchies. Members of this informal sorority are known collectively as the Maidens of Midwifery.

Thard Harr
The Thardite faith has no formal military orders. However, on rare occacions, Thards clergy collectively determine that it is in the best interest to go to war. At such times, the best warriors of the widely scattered hunting bands come together to form the Pack. Once assembled, not unlike the barbarians and orc hordes of the North, the Pack is a nearly unstoppable juggernaut. Once the Pack’s object is achieved – the destruction of a yuan-ti enclave for example – the Pack quickly disperses.

HOW CAN I SAY THIS WITH OUT OFFENDING SOMBODY…
The list you can find at the link below are not all orders in FR.
I was thinking of making a thread in the future… gathering all orders in FR one place.
RELIGIOUS ORDERS AND KNIGHTLY ORDERS http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/knighthood.htm
I know that somebody thinks that this dude is a little crazy (and yes he is.. sometimes ) gathering all this information. But I am doing this because : 1. I use it my self 2. I want to share it with you 3. I hope that there are others like me how like to have all information one place, and not in 50 books and 400 novels and other strange places on the net. 4. Last thing those threads I am working on are mad by many different people interested in forgotten realms one the net. Sometimes when i don’t get a answer one this board I try one others.
Thanks fore the help Matthus

Aside from small family groups of spriggans, Urdlen’s followers are too chaotic and consumed with bloodlust to organize into longlasting bands, let alone militant orders. At most they gather together in small groups to maximize their opportunity for destruction, but such bands rarely stay together for more than a few raids |

Avoreen’s Marchers - Avoreen Under the Leadership of Estemal Talltankard the band is recognized by the Crown of Tethyr as a knightly order and is responsible for patrolling the Purple Marchesm particularly County Vintor. Their chapter house, Keeoerstone, is located a mile or two north of the halfling community of Barrowsmorn.

The Midknights of Misadventure – Brandobaris While hardly a formal military order, small bands of Midknights perform jailbreaks or other rescue operations in situations where am imprisoned follower of the Master of Stealth faces death or torture and escaping without assisatance is very unlikely.

The Cyrrollaleen church currently has no affiliated knightly orders, choosing to rely on militant priests and warriors of Yondalla and Arvoreen.
The church of Sheela does not have any affiliated knightly orders. It has firm connections to several orders of halfling warriors who serve Arvoreen by defending the fields and silos. Likewise, the church works closely with individual rangers, many of whom venetrate Mielikki and whether they be human, half-elven, or elven, to preserve the wilderness as well. |

The Singing Blades, an adventuring company. Most of their members are deceased. Dungeon #101
The Company of the Riven Orb. Same issue of Dungeon. It's only given a mention, not any details about it. |
For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Brothers of Blood – Garagos
Gargauth has no true knighthoods dedicated in his name, although he sponsors a handful of cults, secretive fellowships, and forgotten wizards’ cabals throughout the Realms. The most prominent organization in which Gargauth has a hand in western Faerun is the Knights of the Shield. |
