I worked at a place that blocked out anything that was related to entertainment... I found it particularly irksome to be in a cube farm and not be able to read Dilbert! Not that it's my fave comic, or anything, but if there's anywhere you should be able to read it, it's at work -- especially in a cube farm!
And actually, Candlekeep was blocked out at my work, for a while. But since I'm in IT, my boss unblocked it for me.
