If so can someone please post its stats. I WILL be going and getting the Revised Monster Manual but i would really like to see its stats for just now, to give me an idea of how powerful it is.

Is the 3.5 stuff already out? |
My latest Realms-based short story, about a bard, a paladin of Lathander and the letter of the law, Debts Repaid. It takes place before the "shattering" and gives the bard Arion a last gasp before he plunges into the present.http://candlekeep.com/campaign/logs/log-debts.htm |

No, it'll be released in Summer. And Elrond it's "Je t'en dois une" commonly speaking or "J'ai une dette envers toi" better french or "Je t'en serai redevable" MUCH better |
