Greetings

Does anybody know who are the Abbalayar's? I heard that they are someone like seers but I'm not sure. And further does anybody know something about city in which they live, Ul'sahab?

Sorry for my english :)

As far as I know they have been detailed in Empires of the Shining Sea (TSR 9561). But I might be wrong on this, don't have my books at hand.

I believe the Abbalayar are seer types that come from Calimshan; check out the WotC site and download Empires of the Shining Sea (which I think is available) for more on the Abbalayar. They may've adjusted them in 3E in the FRCS but it's not at hand to check.

Nay. Unfortunately Empires of the Shining Sea is not available for free download at WotC.

'Tis available for just $4US, as a PDF, as paizo.com however.
