Sounds good to me.

Hmmm... I wonder whether this will be like the older third-party tome released in 2002?

I'm ecstatic about this... especially given what we've learned about it on the WotC boards. And the possibility that the Old Republic may get some significant detail as well.... Neat. Finally, new SWRPG material.

It's FR, so I'm buying it.

Magic Item Compendium is more similar to the Spell Compendium than the Encyclopedia Magica, though it also includes about 500 new items (about 30+ percent were written by me).

I always thought for the magic items and spells it would be neat to have a folder thingy like Harnmaster does. This way you could just add stuff, or replace whatever.

Then again, we might get Rare-spells in those lose leaf collections and it would be a collectible spell book thingy...scary thought

As for the StarWars RPG thingy... seems like they are trying to revive some stillborn game. Won't make much difference to me, I still have WEG's StarWars.

As do I.

Still, some updated material would be nice.

Weeeelll....should I ever decide to run SW again, I will ignore the prequels, so the updates aren't really needed. Plus the rebellion-era is still the most fun to play

Actually I reckon running a campaign set between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope would be interesting

-I remember someone saying that an Elven Sourcebook may be being printed in Q3 or Q4 of 2007. Is there any truth to this rumor, or is someone just making things up to upset me?

As of now, this rumor is just that...a rumor. Whether it's true or not is anyone's guess. Also, this topic is only about products coming out through April, anyway--before Q3 or Q4.

"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams."

If George thinks they are playing with your mind, then they probably are. Then again, maybe HE is playing with your mind . . . hard telling really . . .

Its sad, but there's really nothing on that list that tempts me, even the one realms product, which is a module. Well, more money for vinyl and other books;I will go about my business.
