So Hello to everyone, I'm new here as you can obviously tell. I've played a little D&D before and I've been reading FR for about 3 years, So I am comparatively new at Forgotten Realms

Life... is like a grapefruit. It's orange and squishy, and has a few pips in it, and some folks have half a one for breakfast.

Welcome, may many of your questions be asnwered here.

"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards."
"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."

Welcome to Candlekeep!

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!

As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!

Well met, Nisstyre

Welcome to Candlekeep. Worry not, there are many tomes and scrolls of Realmslore herein to help ye learn more of the Realms, and many scribes to aid thee.

Enjoy thy stay

Well met, and welcome to keep Nisstyre. Let us hope your stay here will be pleasant and informative.

Perhaps you'd care to click the link to the Candlekeep frappr-map in my signature and show us where you live?

There is a rumour going around that I have found god. I think is unlikely because I have enough difficulty finding my keys, and there is empirical evidence that they exist.
