I know this one is a ways off, but I was just thinking about how much I would like to see some of Ed's more notable NPCs of the Hells make it into the Fiendish Codex II. While a lot of focus is put on the Lords of the Nine, and those that might have been recently deposed and replaced, Ed detailed exiled devils, consorts, and cheifs of staffs of the various planar cities in hell as well as the "big guys" and I think a lot of these characters would be great to see again.
Obviously the exiled arch devils are a great plot hook, since they are likely angling to get back into power, but even the political functionaries are interesting as they could be the source of great planar court intrigue.
Has anyone heard any rumors on this particular book, since the Fiendish Codex I is nearly upon us?

That's a lovely idea. The book would be an automatic sale for me, if it has that naughty mind-probing devil who was such a pain in the Sage! |

Im pretty sure Erik Monas doing FC2 as well and a while ago he ran a "What where your favourite Dragon articles" poll over at Enworld and Ed Nine Hells articles made it into the Top 20. So theres probably a fairly good chance that material from Eds article will turn up in FC2.
Ill be interested to see if FC2 include any realms stuff like Malkzid |

Fiendish Codex II: Tyrants of the Nine Hells is written by Robin Laws & Robert Schwalb. I don't believe Erik Mona was involved.
I do hope that they will draw heavily from established lore including Ed's material. |
