First, section B4 of the Code of Conduct (see the link in my sig) discourages X vs Y threads. Such topics are usually just a matter of opinion, and not really the best things to try to discuss. Hence, I'm locking this topic.
Second, Aslan is not present in the Realms, or in any other TSR/WotC world. We might as well compare Merlin to Elminster, and Gandalf to the Simbul. It's apples and oranges.
Third, Aslan and Guenhwyvar are not even close to each other in scale or power. If you've ready any of the rest of the Narnia books, you'll know that Aslan is far, far beyond a mere animal, even a magical one. He is, in fact, a different incarnation of Christ -- and that's from what Lewis himself has said. |
