Just wondering if anyone had read any of these creatures bios. While some made me groan, and some made me decry that dracoliches belong to the masses now, not just Toril, a few had some interesting Realmslore built into them. BTW, I hate the Creature Competition, but hey, the creature backgrounds can be interesting.

I think it's fair that the Realms contributes to the D&D monster-pot, just as it draws from it. Dragotha in S2 White Plume Mountain predates the published mention of dracoliches, and I assume (anyone have any instances?) that neither Ed Greenwood or Lawrence Schick first thought of undead/skeletal dragons.

I did notice that those dragon names are plainly influenced by Ed's, despite the unfortunate garbage fantasy apostrophes and hyphens.
