Hail everyone and well met! I have often come here to learn things about Forgotten Realms (especially since I am too cheap to buy the D&D books), I'm 18, and come from Canada mind you. It is a pleasure to join Candlekeep Forums.

I also offer you welcome, though things can get strange at times, there indeed is much lore here.
I suspect Wooly will be along fairly soon to offer his greetings as well. |
"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards." "Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding. "After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first." Hiya, good to have you... What? Where are you from? Oh I'm sorry, we've filled our quota of Kanukastanians... Ha, JK, its nice to meet ya man, fair as Firehair, enjoy yourself! Thysl |

Welcome to Candlekeep!
Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay! |
