This may seem a stupid question, but here it goes. What are the stars under ones name representative of?

Die, die, die ,die, die, why won't you just die you silly dragon!

Well met

The stars are awarded based on the number of posts made. You'll get one at 15 posts, and so on. The rank name will also change, as ye will see. Therefore, the more quality realmslore ye share, the greater the scribe thou shalt be

Actually, there is-it's how many times Alaundo's sent you down to clean the cellars with just a broom...

There's no formal tally, that's all.

Hello-

Don't mean to be a pest - hehe - I checked through a number of pages in this area - and this was the one that seemed to be the closest to my question.

I understand that the number of stars is indicitave of number of posts. However - the Color of them is somewhat eluding me. I have gleaned that Alaundo and the moderators seem to have a certain color - but there seems to be several other colors. I thought perhaps it was due also to post-count - but I can see some mingling of colors within similar scribes - so I doubted that was it. Just curious I guess.

Dhomal

I am collecting the D&D Minis. I would be more than willing to trade with people. You can send me a PM here with your email listed - and I can send you my minis list. Thanks!

Successfully traded with Xysma!

When I first started hanging out here, I too asked the same question. Check out the following thread, it will provide some additional numbers of posts and which titles you would receive. That is until Alaundo decides otherwise

Well met

Aye, the star color is directly linked to the rank of the scribe.

I'm still waiting to discover at what rank the stars become plaid.

I was thinking of going for more of a textured variety of star. Hamster fur perhaps?

I watched it last night. :D

Planescape Fanatic

"Fiends and Undead are the peanut butter and jelly of evil." - Me
"That attitude should be stomped on, whenever and wherever it's encountered, because it makes people holding such views bad citizens, not just bad roleplayers (considering D&D was structured as a 'forced cooperation' game, and although successive editions are pointing it more and more towards a me-first, min-max game, the drift away from 'we all need each other to succeed' will at some point make it 'no longer' D&D)." - ED GREENWOOD

I don't think I've seen that one. Of course, I was only born in 1985, so much of the 80's evades me.

You lucky sod.

There is a rumour going around that I have found god. I think is unlikely because I have enough difficulty finding my keys, and there is empirical evidence that they exist.
