Google had a (near) complete cache of the WotC Novel Forum active for about six months -- up until June I believe. It's not online any more, but I remember a discussion at EN World about some posters transferring some of the posts to an FTP.

I'll try and track down the details for you EC

You could also try contacting the WizO's over there, and seeing if they could help. My experiences with them make me pessimistic on that count, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
