How would you "picture" a Cleric/Divine Disciple of Bane, i.e. how much different (in a "fluff" way) would it be from a same level cleric, etc..

Thanks.

I see no "fluff" differences between a Hierophant, Divine Disciple and a straight Cleric. If anything the first two might be a bit move devout, but otherwise there would be no differences.

I shudder at the thought.

Other then that I see not much fluff that applies, the rules are only major change on how spells are cast.

"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards."
"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."

Quite note:

Casterwise:

Cleric 5/Disciple 5: Turns as 5th level, Caster as 10th level
Cleric 5/Hierophant5: Caster and turns as 5th level
Cleric 10: Caster and turns as 10th level

Correction:
Cleric 5/Hierophant 5 (which isn't legal since Cleric level is too low): Caster Level 10, spells as 5th level, turns at 5th level.

The divine disciple to me appears to have a lot closer and more personal contact with his god. Certainly I'd say a divine disciple would be in a position of high power in a church (more than a straight cleric).

They also become an outsider at 5th level. Makes them a bit more supernatural than your average cleric
