Well as some of the old scribes may know, I am involved in a Live Action Fantasy Role Playing society called Laire. It was developed around 1991 and based on D&D.
We fight with padded weapons and represent spells with little bean bags.
Well anyway.. I (as Turloch) have finally achieved my Knighthood in the realm and I am able to control large battles. I beleive when I was last here I was about to be squired. Well now I am a full blown knight.
The translation would most likely work out to me with the abilities of an 8th level Fighter/14th level sorceror. With lots of quicken and maximize feats.
But now the accomplishment is the ability to lead large battles. Commanding actual people in a battle, and utilizing resources well takes a completley different face in live action. Maybe after my events I will post journals on what Turloch does in this posting.
