Hello Candlekeepers,
"From across the great sea I travelled to this storehouse of knowledge seeking enlightenment and wisdom of the ages"
Greetings to you all, I've been looking at these forums for a time and decided to stop scrying you lot and come and join in on the discussions herein. Besides this place is better than the WOTC boards, ugh .

Welcome to Candlekeep!
Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!
Oh, and about the WotC forums: many of us are refugees from there. I myself was banned form that forum over a year ago. |

Greetings to you Setepsutekh, and welcome to these halls of near-infinite knowledge. They are called Candlekeep, home to many of the curiosities of Realmslore.
I seem to recall directing a poster with a similar name here to these halls not to long ago, from another forum. I wonder whether that was you... .
Anyway, please enjoy yourself here. There are many scrolls to read, and questions to be answered.

Interesting Sage, as far as I know I'am the only Setepsutekh. The name comes from my arch villain NPC who originally hails from Mulhorand, Faerun needs at least one really powerful Greater Mummy to balance out with all the Liches . I liked him so much I copyrighted him . |

I myself have been a realms fan since a friend of mine introduced me to Baldurs Gate back in 1999. Thanks for the warm welcome Rupert and Sage, I get the feeling I will enjoy my time here very much .
