Well met
I have made this topic sticky for the time being, but I am currently working on a list of useful links (of which these are contained within) to be made available shortly. If anyone has anything in particular then please contact me privately. Thank ye.
(i'm looking at mainly official WotC links relating for D&D and FR) |

Mod edit: I've just removed the posts from scribes included on the 16/02 relating to the details offered for the polymorph spell and errata updates. I want to keep this scroll simple with just the updates and the corresponding URLs.

It's notable that the errata for the first four supplements you list does not include the errata from the 3.5 Conversion Document, which can be found here. |

Actually, there's been another errata update -- 28th March 2006 -- for Tome of Magic.
See my first post for the Official D&D Errata URL.

Is is just me, or is it kinda odd that a practically new release like the ToM should have errata this soon? |

It's happened before, namely with the MMIII. In the ToM's case, I think it's probably because of some issues in the vestige section of the book that resulted in a *lot* of page flipping. There's been a *lot* of noise about this on the WotC boards. |
