I'd love to take credit for thinking them up, but I was the poor sap who had to live through those decisions.
In the first, the dwarven cleric cast a spell that let me walk through the stone walls and bypass the angry demon. I saved the city, but the demon still killed my character in the end.
In the second I pulled both levers and ended up killing both of them. The evil bugger then dropped my character off in a slavers pit on the Pirate Isles. I then spent the next six character levels, and fourteen years of my character's life getting revenge. |
