Can anyone (WotC authors maybe?) please clarify which order and release dates are correct for the Rogues Series. There appears to be confusion on the information supplied to Candlekeep:

The Black Bouquet - Book 1 (Richard Lee Byers, December 2003)

The Crimson Gold - Book 2 (Voronica Whitney-Robinson, December 2003!)

The Alabaster Staff - Book 3 (unknown author, August 2004)

The Yellow Silk - Book 4 (Don Bassingthwaite, February 2004!?)

I had heard the same about the date for the Alabaster Staff, but that wouldnt make any sense being as it would make it the first book and The Black Bouquet has been mentioned as book 1. It also seems very strange to have two books in the same series released in the same month! WotC\TSR have never done that before and I cant see any reasoning behind it!

I guess Candlekeep have contacts within WotC or something about the fourth book Has it been mentioned at all on the WotC boards? (I think I remember you saying somewhere that you were an active member of the boards there ArcticKnight? I may be wrong)

Hey Rad,

not sure if you saw this or not but on the FR boards over at WOTC the Author of "The Alabaster Staff" has revealed himself confirming the release dates of the "Rouges Series" novels.

A Series of 4 novels (for now) that are Stand Alone novels that focus on the "Rougeing" profession or the Main Character is a Rouge/Thief, all are new characters except Tazi, The Crimson Gold will focus on Tazi from Sands of the Soul novel/Sembia Series. Cant Wait!!!

I heard a rumor that there will be a clerics, warriors, mages, series as well. rumor though.
