I woke up in a small hut; it smelt aromatic and of spice and wood, and I felt safe, and at home in this place. I was lying comfortably on a long, warm, bed which had been made especially for this occasion. All of a sudden, a tall man who had been sitting next to me, and applying pigments on my wounds, came up to me, holding a long clay pipe which was taller than himself! "Come, ye traveller. I be the wizard who saved you in the lake yesterday, and brought you back to my home. Here, drink this, I assure ye that it will make thy wounds heal much quicker." I drank the potion, which was turquoise in colour, and it felt hot, hot, hot in my mouth, burning. But, as I carefully swallowed the small amount of liquor the man had given me, it went icily cold in my throat, and I felt as if the whole of the insides of my body would freeze and sieze up. The elderly wizard observed the worry on my face, and then opened the small red curtains that were keeping the darkness inside the one-room hut. A bright morning sunlight enthralled the whole of my body, and I felt very, very refreshed after being saved by the man. "Ye is a saviour, and thou shall be my hero forever more" I choked, and he smiled, as he took away the glass from my hands. No longer did my wounds hurt, or itch, or burn. This man was most certainly a saviour of the people who have been injured by the darkest of all people in Faerun- the Karinthians.

Bring forth power unto my reign
