Heya
I've took over a Epic Group and I had an idea what to do. Now, my problem is, that I need some further informations before i can plan.
I'd need some knowledege about the crown wars (like where which kingdom was, geography, behaviour etc...). I couldnt find really a lot about it in the FRCS. So, I'd be glad if you could say me where I can find the infos I need. Books, Sites, whatever could be helpful.
I also need some infos about Planescape. Darkheyr (don't know his name in here) told me that Sage knows nearly everything about this. It would be nice if you could say me where I can find basic infos about (I can organize AD&D 2nd Planescape Campaign Setting). But is there anything where I can get infos about 3.5 Planescape or something?
Thx in advance for answers / help.
Greetz

For Planescape you might want to check out:-
http://www.planewalker.com/
Haven't seen Sage around here, or on Worlds. I am sure he will be back around sometime!

Yes, I'm sure he will...

The Darklord Strahd, has in his near-infinite wisdom pointed you in the "right" direction, at least in terms of information regarding the basic rules and fluff for the PS setting. However, that reconstructed site doesn't even come close to the glories it once held.
If you could be a little more specific with what you're looking for, I will be able to assist.

The Crown Wars is covered in detail in the 2nd ed. book: Cormanthyr, Empire of Elves. Unfortunately they didn't include a map of the ancient realms, but most of the involved elven nations were located in the western part of Faerūn: The North, the Sword Coast and the Lands of Intrigue (Amn, Tethyr, Calimshan). You should also read the Netheril box set, where more of the Arcane Age is revealed.
You could also hope that the new Ancient Empires of Faerūn book coming february 2005 will cover some of the nations and ages you've requested info on. |
