The way I read Keeper for the forum is the moderators, as oposed to scribes. Mr. Greenwood certainly has scribed a lot, however leaves the protrction of the scrolls in the hands of Keepers. That is the translation best appears to me appling the Intro to actual implimentation of the forum. Of course implimentation is left to the moderators.
