I have begun a project, and am trying to track down any and all artowrk featuring Thay, Red Wizards, or any other Thayan themes like slave fields, gnoll or orc armies, and the such like.

If you know of the places where such pieces exist, Please, do a fellow FR fan a favor and slide me a URL if possible. Or even perhaps meet me in Messenger to transfer directly, if there is no site.

Any source and any edition is just fine, so long as I can get ahold of it in digital form.

Many thanks, Charlie.

Google image search is your friend:

red wizards

slave market in Thay

awesome evil-looking red wizard!

more red wizards from where that last came from...

a kickass goblin serving in the armies of Thay...

a red wizard that escaped the mighty google tarrasque...

escapee number 2... number 3...

a sultry one...

not sure about these, but it has a Thay/Rashemen feel to it...

thayan knight and her red wizard charge

Charlie,

If you haven't found it already, Michael Mueller's gallery here at Candleekp has a few Thay themed images.

Ahh, many thanks to you both. I now have a much broader library of Thayan art, perhaps even enough to begin my project. At the very least, I now have a nice thayan retrospective in art to show some of my players who wondered about the land.

I did a few google searches of my own, and in the end came off wit hwhat I believe to be every readily available properly labled thayan picture off the net, so that just leaves any off the wall sites or perhaps things you have come across in your travels.

Anybody wit hanything else, please slip me a line.

PDK, where in WotC's site did you find that "thayan knight and her red wizard charge" picture?

It was most likely one of the preview galleries they release when a new product is coming...

Well I went over to the DnD Art Gallery but there's like 30 different products and I didn't want to click through everyone one of them to find one picture.

That's the Complete Warrior gallery... (CW is where you can find the latest version of the Thayan Knight)

Thanks. Hmm... didn't think it would be in Complete Warrior. I thought it might have been in some FR manual or something...

Please mail me if you still have this collection of Thayan artwork. I would badly need all the pictures for my campaign.

Thanks a lot,
Gabor
