Unfortunately, NDAs remain in place until the person is specifically told by WotC that it no longer applies...
Personally, I fear that your questions will never be answered in official Realmslore, given the general state of things. 
As for that link... That database quite predated the Web Enhancement for Dragons of Faerūn. I'd refer to the latter, since it's official and more recent. And I have a current link to it, too!
