It didn't feel right congratulating Markus before his promotion, so I left it until he actually ascended to the rank of Master of Realmslore.
So...
Congratulations Markus. And welcome to the inner ranks of Candlekeep. We hope you survive the experience!

Is there a thread or link that shows all of the "Ranks" of Candlekeep? I know Necro has one.
Congrats Hoondtha! |

The ranks of Candlekeep can be discerned from either the Members function [in the top right-hand corner of your browser], or through the "Introduction to Candlekeep" by Ed Greenwood on the main site.

Indeed another joining the ranks does deserve congratulations.
Though at times we do fail to notice seekers moving up rank.
I offer blessings on all that achieved higher rank snice the last time I posted in this thread for their contributions and questions. |
"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards." "Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding. "After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first." When I first read this, I was wondering about the congratulations. Now I see what it's about, and would also like to say congratulations. |

Join me, one and all, fellow scribes in congratulating our newest Great Reader -- The Red Walker. He now takes his well-deserved place among the inner cabal of "those in the know" here at Candlekeep.
Plus, he has now been granted a special access pass to all the secret chambers and hide-aways throughout our great hall.
