Has it been given out in any book that at which time of the day do Deneir's clerics pray for their spells? I mean more accurately than 3E Faiths and Pantheons' broad term of "morning".

Faiths & Avatars doesn't list a specific time, either... But since few people in the Realms have time-keeping devices, I'd say that any time before highsun would count as morning.
