:Walking quickly with a couples of tomes recovered from his travel to Neverwinter the abjurer Thelonius Andrass arrives to the table, and he opens his eyes widely when he sees the great number of scrolls over his table::

- Where is my familiar? I told him to keep the scrolls up to date. Damn mephits!!!!!!! But they're still better that the pixies.

Hello fellow scribes i'm happy being back. Compared to the crowded streets of Neverwinter, there's no place like Candlekeep.

Welcome back...

I don't know why, but Candlekeep has been experiencing a dramatic increase in mephit activity of late. I wonder whether it has anything to do with the library's recent temporary portal closures...

Hmmm... Alaundo, what do you think?

aye, 'tis quite possible, Sage. Mayhaps the pesky critters have been plotting something all along ::sigh:: I wish folk would choose more well-behaved familiars
