Right, I recall that being mentioned in the Evermeet novel. I just wasn't sure as to the location. Here's a question, this article and a previous thread mentioning the republication of the Moonshaes trilogy has me wondering...
Were the Moonflower twins shown in the Moonshaes series during the attack by the Elf Eater? Or did Mrs. Cunningham just take that event and used it to explain how two more Moonflowers were lost to tragedy? |

Thanks, I was headed that way if I couldn't get a quick answer here. I believe I've read parts of one of the novels within the series. My impression was like your own, nothing jumped out at me to make me think that I had to read the whole book/series. |

I liked the Druidhome trilogy, just not the Moonshae trilogy.
Perhaps I should go back and re-read those... After all, the first time I read the Lord of the Rings, it didn't really do anything for me. I re-read it a couple years ago, and this time, I really enjoyed it. |

I can't help but not like the Moonshae trilogy. It's where the whole Realms experience started for me. I remember picking up the first book at a local library several weeks after it was released. I borrowed it from the library, and had then forgotten all about it until two days before it was due back.
I set myself down to read through it all before returning it, and consequently finished it that night.
Needless to say, I was the first to reserve the other two books in the trilogy at my library, when they were first released here in Australia...

That must be one nice library. The one near my home carry only but a few tomes of Fantasy. 
The Moonshae series was also one of my first and favorite FR novels. I thought it was very well written, plus I liked the whole theme behind the series. I like Druids very much. |

There really wasn't anything special about the library... There was just a large population of geekish fantasy fans at the school. More so, than you'd find in other schools of similar size and population.
