Perhaps the learned folks here can assist in a question.
I seem to recall some expansion setting for the Forgotten Realms going by the name of Utter East. Am I recalling this incorrectly, or was at some time, a product or product line released detailing this area? IIRC, it was sometime in the 80's/early 90's. Any pointers on product info, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all.

I know some novels featured the Utter East, but don't recall a gaming product with that name.
Does anyone else know if The Horde campaign expansion featured the utter east? |

In the Shining South accessory from 2nd edition, I believe that the nation of Ulgarth was referred to as the "Utter East", owing to their proximity to Kara-Tur. I'm not aware of any publication by that name, however. |

Thanks thus far for the help.
Ironically enough, there is what appears to be a partial map of the Utter East in Candlekeep's Map Room. The areas listed include what are apparently the nations of Ulgarth, Doegan, Edenvale, and Konigheim. Also, a body of water to the west of these nations is named the Great Sea.
I've check my other maps and I've had absolutely no luck locating any of these places or even references to them for the most part, with the exception of the Great Sea in the FRCS. Any ideas where this area may exist in the FR's?
Thanks. |

The Utter East is basically the lands east of the Golden Water south of Raurin. Sources include FR16 The Shining South (Ulgarth), The Horde, FR12 Horde Campaign, Faces of Deception, the Double Diamond Triangle Saga, and the computer game Blood & Magic. |

Thanks all.
Judging from the map I found here, the geographic location for the Utter East "appears" to be located just southwest of Kara-Tur and just north of Zakhara. |

The Udder East is the kingdom of cows. It's located somewhere far, far from any golden arches. |
