Does anyone know of a map of Oldspires in Cormyr?

I've been reading the book Spellstorm, and enjoying it, I'm about 2/3 through the audiobook and it dawned on me a map of this place would be useful.

The party come to a town befallen by hysteria

Rogue: So what's in the general store?
DM: What are you looking for?
Rogue: Whatevers in the store.
DM: Like what?
Rogue: Everything.
DM: There is a lot of stuff.
Rogue: Is there a cart outside?
DM: (rolls) Yes.
Rogue: We'll take it all, we may need it for the greater good.

I did a pretty thorough search through google but to no avail. I only found mention that it is a mansion in Cormyr, and it doesn't even have its own entry on Forgotten Realms Wiki. All the maps I found were of every spire but the Oldspires lol
Perhaps there's one made up in one of the old adventure modules but if there is I couldn't find it on google. Good luck!

The actual book has a keyed map.

What Krash said

"These things also I have observed: that knowledge of our world is
to be nurtured like a precious flower, for it is the most precious
thing we have. Wherefore guard the word written and heed
words unwritten and set them down ere they fade . . . Learn
then, well, the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and they
will lead you to the greatest art of all: understanding."

If this link works for you, it is the "sample chapter" officially released by WOTC but it includes the keyed map

The url got split in two, at least in my browser, but if you C&P the whole thing, it works.

Many thanks sages. Downloaded the PDF and I'll probably add a hardcover copy to my collection of Audible and Kindle copy for completeness.
