These locations were on the map for Eveningstar in the 2e book Volo's Guide to Cormyr but I can't find anything about them. Does anyone know if there's any info on them.

Redspring is detailed on pages 185-186 in Volo's Guide.
I could not find anything on the Forgotten Keep

In an instance Ed provided ample plot hooks and ideas for a game session or three.
