Hello to all,
These forums seems an amazing place for exchanging ideas and improving my Realms lore. I am an “old” fan of the universe coming back to D&D after a 12 years break(or so).
I’m planning to DM again soon.
Right now, I am trying to catch up where I left and gather infos about the 4th and 5th editions, but so far I’ll prefer to stick with the 3/ 3.5 (I just really like the pre 4th edition version of the realms).
So that’s it

Welcome to Candlekeep!
Feel free to ask any other questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay! |

Well met! |
"These things also I have observed: that knowledge of our world is to be nurtured like a precious flower, for it is the most precious thing we have. Wherefore guard the word written and heed words unwritten and set them down ere they fade . . . Learn then, well, the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and they will lead you to the greatest art of all: understanding." Alaundo of Candlekeep |
